2. Service Usage and Subscriptions on kavitv
kavitv provides internet-delivered media and electronic programming guides. Subscriptions are billed on a non-recurring basis according to the plan selected (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 12 Months). Single-screen plans permit one concurrent stream at a time. Multi-screen plans allow up to the specific number of concurrent connections purchased.
3. Fair Usage and Account Security on kavitv
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (M3U playlist links and Xtream Codes API keys). Unauthorized re-distribution, public sharing, or re-broadcasting of personal accounts is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination.
4. Modifications and Service Updates on kavitv
kavitv reserves the right to update server configurations, channel lineups, and VOD libraries periodically to ensure peak service performance and stability.
5. Limitation of Liability on kavitv
In no event shall kavitv, its directors, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our streaming service.
